Building Your Volunteer Bench: Practical Ways to Strengthen Your Chapter’s Pipeline
You don’t need a complete overhaul to improve your volunteer pipeline. As ASM Chapters launch a new programming year, many leaders are simply wondering how to get a few more reliable hands - and where the next officers will come from. In this 75 minute session, we’ll look at practical, right-sized ways to invite people in: smaller roles, clearer asks, and simple steps that turn project helpers into future leaders. You’ll leave with concrete ideas for recruiting the project volunteers you need this year and strengthening leadership succession for the future.
