Speaker: Dr. P. A. Menges
Dr. Menges is a Fellow of the NASA Institute for Advanced Concepts. Her work has encompassed in high- temperature materials for propulsion systems and developments in AI in the control of shape memory alloys, functional structures and the advancement of zero-energy devices. She began her career at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the nuclear safeguards and space engineering groups where she led the design and flight testing of space power systems for remote sensing satellites. She is currently President and Director of Engineering and the Materials Group at ARSi Space and President of Star Sailor Energy, Inc.
Star Chasers: The High-Frontier of Business has been presented to business, financial and technology groups in the US and Canada and covers current and emerging developments in infrastructures focusing on the union of commercial space and the drive to build successful and sustainable terrestrial systems. This new edition of Star Chasers includes new developments in private space and implications for critical fields of space manufacturing, intelligent materials, green data, renewables and electric mobility.
