    Good morning everyone. 
    my company work with two different liquid aluminum alloy (JIS ADC-12Z & AC-2B)  from supplier and from in house production (melt tower), we use K-mold, hydrogen solubility test to aceptance of the liquid to send to production, but in process (HPDC & LPDC) we have some inclution issues, little surface fractures and shrinkages problem. 

    I want yo know your recommendations, there are other quality test for the liquid aluminum?
