Andrew Tarrant is product line director for the lightweight alloys and composites at Materion Inc.
In this role he coordinates the design, development, and manufacture of the range of lightweight aluminum-based alloys and composites for automotive, aerospace, and engineering applications. He has over 20 years of experience in developing materials, processes, and applications in demanding industries, such as aerospace, automotive, space, defense, and consumer electronics, with previous leadership roles in sales, business development, operations, and technology management. Andrew received a bachelor of science degree in metallurgy from Brunel University and manages Materion's activities in Farnborough U.K.
