Thanks a lot, Patricia!
Well, I have basic how-know about the modern technological tools (numerical modelling, solid works and engineering mechanics in metallic parts). Basically, there were a series of webinars provided by ARCHMAT (Archeological Materials Science Erasmus Mundus Program), and We learnt many things from that.
Yup, I was thinking about our last meeting as well. This point would be fruitful for our mission.
Sincerely,

Thank you Arsalan!
It is a pleasure to add you to the committee.
Talking about: "modern technological tools necessary for archaeological practices for ancient metallic parts and materials"
Are you familiar with the topic of numerical modeling, solid works, and topics related to using the computer to do calculus and simulation in a metallic pieces doing calculations of stresses, loads, etc?
This would be a good point to add to our Mission, you know in the last meeting that we are working on that.
Regards,

Being a young and new member, It's my request to all Leaders to add me as a part of the Archaeometallurgy committee. I am an ambitious early professional and want to play my part and new initiatives. A significant grounding for the new ideas and using the analytical techniques/discussions ( industrial to ancient materials Characterization, samples consisting of corrosion/erosion products ) and modern technological tools necessary for archaeological practices for ancient metallic parts and materials. I believe this, scientific and artistic base will provide me with a solid understanding and broaden my horizons of the fundamental tools employed to conduct rigorous research in the emerging field of Archaeometry. I hope the decision would be in my favour.
