Excited about the upcoming the upcoming Fluxtrol Student Poster Competition at ASM Heat Treat 2021, co-located with IMAT and AGMA's annual event.  The other industrial judges and I were blown away by the quality of the posters and presentations at the event in 2019.  The quality of this year's abstracts looks just as good.

If your company is having difficulty finding young, bright metallurgists, stop by the competition on the show floor and interact with the students between 4 and 5:30 pm on Tuesday.  Start building a relationship with these emerging leaders.  Tell them about the great opportunities available in the heat treatment industry.

Come join the fun and learn how to make a strong bar from university students who have researched the best heat treat methods. Meet the students at the poster presentation on Tuesday at 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in the poster area. Then come and watch the bend tests on their strong bars on Wednesday at the MTS booth (#531) at 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
