Who Should Enroll:
Metal processing personnel, machine shop superintendents, QA managers, heat treating operators and managers, component designers, technicians, marketing writers and individuals without a materials background wishing to better understand the role of materials science. This course provides an understanding of metals, their behavior, how they are selected, and how they are evaluated. This course will show how metals are processed to yield desired properties.
