    The Engineers' Council

    Call for Nominations

    Ladies and Gentlemen,

You asked, we listened, and therefore, the deadline to submit your nominations is extended through the end of the year.  We look forward to receiving your nominations. Happy Holidays!!!

Like every other organization, the Council, too, has been faced with challenges of operating through the uncertainties brought on by the pandemic. For the past few months, we have been brainstorming and soliciting feedback about the upcoming 66th Annual Honors and Awards Banquet. We agreed that we needed to continue the spirit of honoring accomplishments and contributions of individuals and teams in the field of engineering, science, and technology, as well as to continue encouraging the future engineers and scientists via scholarships and the Council's other charitable giving venues.

We acknowledge that travel has been restricted across many companies and organizations, as well as participation in any large group events such as conferences and award ceremonies. We also recognize, that because of those restrictions, companies and organizations might be looking for other opportunities to engage their employees and award their employees' hard work.

Therefore, for this upcoming banquet, we decided to host a virtual celebration and to implement a tiered sponsorship approach where an organization will have the opportunity to submit a number of individuals and/or teams for awards and support a number of local high school scholarships.

The Council will still be conducting a thorough review and selection of the nomination packets; all the winners will be announced on the Council's website in January 2021. Additional details about the virtual celebration will be available on the Council's website in the upcoming months, as well as details about celebrations in West Palm Beach, FL and Huntsville, AL.

    The proposed tiered sponsorship levels:

    • LEVEL1: $1,500 –

    • LEVEL 2: $3,000 –
