HELP!
I am looking for info on the NAVSEA specification TSS WI 1002, Tungsten Carbide. Does anyone recognize this specification? I have scoured the internet and the US Navy government specification database ASSIST to no avail. I do know that it is an HVOF coating spec. Beyond that I cannot tell anything. It may be a raw material spec. Any information or direction you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
