Dear Students and Post-docs of our Thermal Spray Community!
ASM Thermal Spray Society (TSS) is announcing the TSS Emerging Professional Membership Program for 2023.
This program is dedicated to students and post-docs (i.e., Emerging Professionals) who are performing R&D in thermal spraying and surface engineering. To make a long story short, for eligible Emerging Professionals, a free ASM-TSS membership will be provided during 2023.
And why an Emerging Professional should join a professional society like ASM-TSS? There are many reasons, and these are some of them:
- You will gain access to the most current information about the thermal spray community
- You will interact with your peers from industry, academia and government (some of them will be your colleagues and/or partners in the future)
- You will network across many fields of thermal spray applications
- You will (potentially) find a job once your student/post-doc stage is over
- You will (potentially) find a new job when you think that it is time to move on
