The February issue of Journal of Thermal Spray Technology is free access for you to read now through the end of April! This issue announces the editorial transition of the journal. After seven years of serving as Editor-in-Chief of the journal, Dr. Armelle Vardelle, FASM, TS HoF, has transferred her responsibilities to Dr. André McDonald, FASM. Dr. McDonald has been Lead Editor of JTST since 2016, having served as a guest co-editor of the journal and as Lead Editor of the International Thermal Spray Conference Proceedings prior to that. He will be succeeded as Lead Editor by Dr. Giovanni Bolelli, who has served as an Associate Editor of JTST since 2016.
