#ITSC2023 speakers, exhibitors and potential registrants: Beware of Sleeping Room Poachers! Unauthorized third-party housing companies have been contacting members to get them to reserve their sleeping room through them. This is a scam! You will NEVER receive a phone call directly from ITSC organizers or vendors on their behalf. In order to make a legitimate sleeping room reservation with the Headquarters Hotel, please use the links on the Hotel Information link.
Reservations made through any housing services company cannot be guaranteed by ASM International and could result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for ASM International participants.
