The thermal spray community mourns the passing in May of this year of Professor Pierre Fauchais, a pillar of the Thermal Spray Society. Prof. Fauchais contributed 42 papers to the Journal of Thermal Spray Technology as an author and co-author. Please enjoy reading the 10 papers highlighted here in memory of him.
