Education, Experience, Knowledge:
- Thermal Spray Coatings, HVAF, Laser Clad, Welding, and Thin Film technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of technical sales and key account management.
- Network of operational, technical and business management key decision makers and supply chain for thermal spray & thin film supply chain.
