SMST Call for Nominations
SMST Seeks Board Nominations
SMST is soliciting nominations for candidates for the SMST Board of Directors. Nominations are for (1) president, (1) vice president for a two-year term, and (2) board members for a three-year term. Terms begin October 1, 2024. Any member of SMST in good standing is encouraged to nominate themselves or another member for one of these positions. The Incumbents may also seek re-appointment by notifying the Awards and Nominations Committee Chair, Othmane Benafan othmane.benafan@nasa.gov. Nominations are due March 1.

SMST Seeks Student Board Nominations
SMST is seeking applications for its student board member position. Applications are due by April 1. Students must be registered undergraduate or graduate during the 2024-2025 academic year and must be studying or involved in research in an area closely related to shape memory alloys.
