Hello, I am looking for a standard (ASTM, AMS, etc.) that contains the chemical composition for Ti-185.

    Patrick,
That is a surprisingly difficult question!  I didn't come across any master spec for this 1Al-8V-5Fe alloy, just the typical titanium industry style of using alloy percents as the designation.  There's a lot of research into using it in powder metallurgy form, fairly recently.  It may be that it hasn't reached the commercial level of production where suppliers have decided to agree on a specification.  AMS specs are often end-product (fully heat treated, etc.) so if you were looking at powder it might not be in an AMS.

    MatWeb had property data,
but for source just referred back to the ASM publication:
Materials Properties Handbook: Titanium Alloys, R. Boyer, G. Welsch, and E. W. Collings, eds. ASM International, Materials Park, OH, 1994.

I'd call one of the suppliers who offer it for sale, and ask them directly, what is the industry specification that they guarantee that their products meet?
