I have been working as a Consultant Metallurgist for more than 8 long years with varied challenges and requirements especially in field of Manufacturing Metallurgy. I feel one should be prepared for challenges right from the start of their career. Nothing is defined or repetitive, the process of learning doesn't stop it demands more and more as and when we go deeper into the challenges. For people who are very much defined in their path of growth during their service or employment this phase is really challenging. As my experience goes passion is a must for this profession which carries lot of involvement and interest.
