• The Contactless Probing and Nanoprobing User Group will include discussions on a variety of topics related to optical probing techniques for fault isolation as well as nanoprobing and scanning probe microscopy.
• The format will be open discussion with mini-presentations on predetermined topics with opportunities for audience participation.
• Examples of discussion topics include VLP use and experiences, laser-based techniques, LVP optical crosstalk, Lock-in Thermography, EBIRCH techniques, SCM, sMIM, and SEM beam damage and threshold voltage shifts during nanoprobing.
