Purpose:
The ASM Materials Informatics Committee is an active group of ASM members working together to drive industry-wide efforts in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to accelerate the design, discovery, and deployment of new materials, processes, and analysis techniques. Committee projects include developing a new ASM Handbook volume and organizing IMAT conference programming. Members with similar interests are welcome to join.

A member of ASM with experience, involvement, or in interest in sustainable materials technologies.

Members 1 to 2 hours/ month.

Terms expire August 31. New term begins September 1
Support of Committee Activities:
ASM Staff Liaison will provide an orientation and information prior to the beginning term date of September 1st annually. In addition, the Staff Liaison participates and is an active partner in all meetings and activities of the committee.
