Membership Road Map Subcommittee

The Membership Road Map Subcommittee provides strategic guidance to the marketing of memberships in the Society and weighs the membership value proposition and resulting products and services. 

The Membership Road Map Subcommittee conducts the ASM Member Satisfaction Survey, surveying of the materials engineering landscape and provides input into the overall direction of membership.  The subcommittee supports the ASM strategic plan by contributing to member value proposition and member recruitment and retention. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Member Satisfaction Survey
• Identify Key Areas for Improvement
• Identify Key Growth Opportunities

Qualifications of Members:

• Member of ASM
• Good overall background knowledge of ASM
• Confidentiality  

Subcommittee Size:
5-9 members

Time Commitment:
Approx. 20 hours per year 

Term Duration:  
2 years
