The purpose of the Committee is to suggest suitable review topics and authors, commission those approved by the Committee, provide technical review of submitted manuscripts, and approve final manuscripts for publication. The committee member will spend several hours initiating each review, and then may follow up on an occasional basis with the author to provide encouragement and support until the review is submitted.
