The purpose of the FA Roadmap is two-fold:
1) To leverage the technical expertise captured throughout the industry to identify both current and future FA challenges as part of an industry-wide gap analysis.
2) Pursue potential solutions from both equipment providers and academic labs
The FA Roadmap operates under a 3-tier Council structure:
Die-Level Roadmap Council (DLRC) - with Isolation and Post-Isolation Domain teams
Package Innovation Roadmap Council (PIRC)
FA Future Roadmap Council (FAFRC)
Each Council will collaborate with their internal committee members to:
1) Accurately detail and rank the relevant technical challenges for their respective themes -- Phase 1 (2021-22)
2) Promote active vendor/academic participation to explore and categorize potential solutions --- Phase 2 (2023-24)
