Our presentation will feature Dr. Erik T. Thostenson professor at University of Delaware and is entitled " Multi-Scale Carbon Nanotube Hybrid Composites: Novel Applications in Smart Garments and Structural Health Monitoring ".
1. Agenda for in person meeting - Tuesday, October 11 at 6:00 pm:
- 6.00 pm - Dinner: subs and chips from Capriotti's - at the 106 Composites Manufacturing Science Laboratory (Center for Composite Materials) - Academy St, Newark, DE 19716 .
- 6.30 pm - Technical talk in person + streamed via Zoom for our virtual participants.
- 7.30 pm - Center for Composite Materials - Facility tour
The price of dinner for in person participants is FREE for students, $10 for ASM members, and $15 for non-members.
Parking: On-street metered parking is available in front of the building on Academy Street and Municipal Lot #1 (west of CCM and accessible from Main Street and Delaware Avenue).
