Do you use the ASM Handbook Volume 11 (Failure Analysis and Prevention), how do you use it (hardcopy, digital copy, both), and what do you find to be valuable?

I typically use the hard copy?? because I am familiar with
the contents and prefer reading a book to working on line. I
will use the on-line version to do digital searching.
Specific data and examples of applications that are most
similar to what I am working on at the time can be very helpful.

While I did end up buying the hard copy, I have been using the digital version more through the Case-Western library system. As a new adjunct this semester for the Failure Analysis class, the digital version has been easier and quicker to make lesson plans and presentations from. Further, it allows the students to be able to access the pages for reading rather than lugging a (not so big) book around all day.
