The use of simulation tools to model novel material compositions and process change parameters is a developing trend, but challenges remain around synthesis strategies. Non oxide ceramic materials in particular, have primarily been improved through incremental compositional/processing modification. How can this approach be improved to accelerate the development of new boride ceramics?
