Beginning this month, the Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance (JMEP) will move from a bimonthly publication to a weekly publication. This change showcases the continued growth of the journal, both in submissions and readership, after its initial expansion from a monthly to a bimonthly journal in 2023.
JMEP publishes research on all aspects of materials selection, design, processing, characterization, and evaluation. The journal topics include state-of-the-art improvements in materials properties through alloying and the processes of casting, forming, heat treating, surface modification, coating, fabrication, and various new and emerging methods and technologies.
