Nitin is the General Manager of Operations at Metallurgical Processes and Equipments. He was inspired to pursue a career in materials science at a young age.
"As a kid I was very interested in how things work which naturally inspired me to understand how things function-disassembling and reassembling toys-sparked a curiosity about the materials that make up the objects around us. As I explored further, metals stood out to me due to their fundamental role in so many applications, from machinery to everyday tools. This interest eventually led me to choose metallurgical engineering, where I could dive deeper into understanding metals' properties, processing methods, and their critical role in various industries. This blend of hands-on curiosity and a desire to grasp the science behind materials became the driving force behind my career choice."
