Anyone having information that can be shared about the causes for the contaminated powder produced by HMI Metal Powders between 2015 and 2020?
As a Powder Metallurgy metallurgist on mission to implement Powder Culture in production and handling of metal powder am I on the outlook for case studies when something has gone wrong. Unfortunately, I have found out that a Powder Culture in a company is created from often very costly mistakes and not by implementing and performing FMEA work.
Note: I have also been personally effected when destinations has been canceled due to lack of engines for the Airbus 320.
