Adding more info to Ratnesh's suggestion. I saw Cole - Palmer is selling 2% Nital reagent. I also listed Avantor (VWR) and Qatm (Verder Scientific).
Verder Scientific do customize reagents as customer needs. Our plant in Canada also has the same issue so I know for sure it is out there.
Thanks,

Subject: Premixed Nital Etching Solutions
Hello,
The 2% Nital solution refers to 2% nitric acid in alcohol by volume. Since nitric acid/alcohol mix can explode the mixing has to follow procedure outline in the Metals Handbook on Microstructures. You can buy the 5% Nital premix from Cole-Palmer and dilute it down to any concentration, including 2% Nital, by adding appropriate volume (after doing your calculations) of ethyl alcohol to the premix.
