I am graduating in August. So, as a fresher, I have one question in mind.

 

Question: Every industry needs an experienced person for any job profile. What could be done for young and fresher materials scientists to secure a job in the industry and utilize their skills for the growth of the industries?

Pranshul, I think you are starting with a false assumption. Industry also needs new blood who they can invest in and train to suit their needs. You need to highlight the analytic skills you gained and used as a grad student to get consideration.
