Typical Heat Treatment cycle for vacuum purge and vacuum Gas nitriding

    Can anyone suggest typical Heat Treatment cycle using Ammonia flow and Nitriding potential (Kn ) controls in the following situations with compound layer of 5 to 8 microns ;
    1. Vacuum purge Gas Nitriding process
    2. Vacuum Gas nitriding

    Material is equivalent to 100 Cr6
