I would like to suggest a useful textbook for studying welding metallurgy, especially for ferritic stainless steels. The book "Welding Metallurgy and Weldability of Stainless Steels" by John C. Lippold and Damian J. Kotecki provides a comprehensive understanding of microstructure, weldability, and heat-affected zone behavior.
I believe this book will be very helpful for academic study and exam preparation in this subject.
