Members don't need to specifically sign up for it - it is is open to all members. However, experts must set up their Expert Profile (it isn't automatically populated with information) - the more complete it is, the easier it is for members who are searching for an expert. 

All members can search the Expert Directory, just use the Directory>Expert Directory tabs.

Carrie, Great webinar, quick and to the point. Do members automatically get registered in the Expert directory or do they have to specifically sign up for it?
