Aalberts Surface Technologies is searching for a Quality Engineer to join our team in Lansing, MI. This is a great
opportunity for individuals with a metallurgical engineering/materials science background or proven experience in
quality assurance and developing or analyzing heat treatment processes. This position reports directly to the Plant
General Manager with opportunities for advancement to upper management.
Primary duties are not limited to but will include working with customers on new projects for product and heat
treat process development as well as using problem solving skills for root cause analysis and development of
corrective action plans.
